Your beach day is officially in motion — and we can’t wait to take care of the setup so you can simply relax and enjoy.  Wondering what happens next?

1. Booking Request Received
We’ve received your booking request!  If you’ve added special accommodations like extra guests, accessibility needs, or a specific location, we’ll do our best to make it happen based on tides and traffic.  Important: Your booking is pending until confirmed by our team and paid in full.

2. Confirmation & Payment
in 24-48 hours, a Beachfront Bellhop team member will reach out to confirm availability, finalize details, and send your invoice. Once payment is processed, your beach day is officially booked.  Give us a call if you need to chat sooner!

3. Show Up & Enjoy
On your reservation day, we’ll text a photo of your setup with specific location details or meet you at the location.  Please allow 30-minute arrival window to account for unexpected beach traffic.

27th Avenue Beachfront Park
3701 S Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169

  • Fee applies ($20/day for non-residents)

  • Public restrooms open from 1 hour after sunrise to 1 hour before sunset

  • Outdoor beach showers– Signalized crosswalk to beach ramp

  • Volusia County residents may park for free with a registered permit via ParkVolusia


Hiles Blvd Beach Park

4516 S Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169

  • Fee applies ($20/day for non-residents) 

  • Public restrooms open from 1 hour after sunrise to 1 hour before sunset

  • Outdoor beach showers

5. Florida Weather Tips
Florida weather can be unpredictable—if a passing shower rolls through, feel free to grab lunch or take cover nearby. Once it clears, your setup will be waiting. Need dry towels? Just text us—we’ll bring them over!

6. Ready to Leave?
When you're done soaking up the sun, simply text or call us to let us know you're heading out. We’ll handle the cleanup—so you can head home without a second thought.

What's Next?

Our Booking Process

 

1.  COMPLETE THE BOOKING REQUEST FORM

​

Choose from our packages or request your own custom beach day.  Just let us know if you have additional people in your group or need special accommodations and we will do our best to make it happen!

 

Select your booking day (or days) and location when you make your booking request.  We have preferred locations that we are sure you will love but we will make every effort to accommodate alternative location requests when tides and traffic allow. 

 

Booking requests remain pending until confirmed by a member of our team and  paid in full.

 

2.  CONFIRMATION + PAYMENT

​

A member of our team will reach out to confirm availability, finalize your request, and send your invoice.  Once your invoice is paid, you are booked!

 

3.  SHOW UP & ENJOY

​

A team member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot.  Please allow a 30 minute window for your reservation time to account for any unexpected delays that may occur on the beach from time to time.  For your convenience, we will text or call once your reservation is ready!

4.  TEXT US WHEN YOU'RE READY TO LEAVE

Call or text to let us know you are finished.  Head home and leave the clean up to us!
