HOW IT WORKS

1.  CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE + PREFERRED DAY
We have packages to choose from that accommodate two through six adults (or more).  Just let us know if you have additional people in your group or need special accommodations and we will do our best to make it happen! Select your ideal day when you make your booking request.  We will first confirm availability by text or email. 

2.  CONFIRMATION + PAYMENT
Once our staff confirms availability,  we will finalize your request and send your invoice.  Once your invoice is paid, you are booked!

3.  SHOW UP & ENJOY
A staff member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot.  Please allow a 30 minute window for your reservation time to account for any unexpected delays that may occur on the beach from time to time.  For your convenience, we will text or call once your reservation is ready!  We have a preferred locations that we are sure you will love but will make every effort to accommodate alternative location requests.

4.  TEXT US WHEN YOU'RE READY TO LEAVE
Call or text to let us know you are finished and leave the clean up to us!

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:  Reservations are booked once confirmed by our staff and paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULE REQUESTS DUE TO WEATHER:  We make every effort to accommodate poor weather conditions. 

If rain or other inclement weather is in the forecast on the day of your reservation, you may choose to reschedule your set up for another day (subject to availability) or cancel and receive a full refund. 

If winds are predicted to exceed 13 mph, for safety reasons we will not be able to set up cabanas. If winds are predicted to exceed 13 mph on the day of your reservation, you may: (1) cancel and receive a full refund, provided you cancel at least two hours before your reservation time; (2) reschedule your set up for another day (subject to availability); or (3) keep your reservation and use all remaining items for 25% off!  

 

Weather cancellations and weather-related reschedule requests must be received by call or text at least 2 hours before your reservation time.  Beachfront Bellhop reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to cancel any reservation due to the threat of inclement weather and/or wind and in such circumstances will provide a full refund for any sums paid for said reservation.
 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE REQUESTS NOT DUE TO WEATHER: Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be received by call or text at least 24 hours before your reservation start time.  Timely requests may be rescheduled (subject to availability) or canceled for a full refund.

 

PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time your reservation is confirmed. We will send a link to your invoice by text or email.  We primarily accept payment electronically, but please let us know if you need to make alternative arrangements.  If you would like to tip our team members, please do so via Venmo @bfbellhop.
 

PARKING: Parking can be challenging at our beaches, especially on weekends and holidays.  We are happy to make recommendations but do not guarantee the availability of parking, and recommend arriving early to secure your spot.  We are not liable for any lost reservation time due to parking. 

LOCATION:  We offer services on the no-drive beaches including the 27th Avenue Beach Park, Hiles Boulevard Beach Entrance, and at client-requested locations.  While we cannot guarantee a precise location for your set up, we make every effort to place you as close to your desired location as possible! A staff member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot.

DEPARTURE:  Please text before you leave and we will be right there to clean up! 

OTHER TERMS:  By booking with Beachfront Bellhop New Smyrna Beach, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability: ASSUMPTION OF RISK  I understand and acknowledge that use of beach equipment and beach day activities (the “Activity”) may be dangerous and may involve the risk that I will sustain serious injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage. I understand that the Activity will not be supervised and that Beachfront Bellhop New Smyrna Beach, LLC (“the Company”) does not provide medical services. I VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGERS THAT MAY OCCUR PURSUANT TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, INCLUDING THE RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. Although the Company may from time to time provide personal lockbox devices, it does not guarantee that personal items will not or cannot be stolen, and I understand that any personal items left unattended on the beach are at risk of being lost or stolen. RELEASE OF LIABILITY  I hereby agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs and my personal representatives, to fully and forever discharge and release Company and its affiliates, and their respective partners, agents, operators, managers, employees, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims I may have or hereinafter have for any injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, damages, liabilities, theft or loss of personal property, expenses and/or causes of action, now known or hereinafter known in any jurisdiction in the world, attributable or relating in any manner to my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or any of the Released Parties or by any other reason. I acknowledge and agree that this Release and Waiver of Liability for a Potentially Dangerous Activity is intended to be, and is, a complete release, as much as allowed by law, of any responsibility of the Released Parties for all personal injuries, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage sustained by me while participating in the Activity. Covenant Not to Sue.  I agree, for myself and all my heirs, not to sue the Released Parties or initiate or assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages or cause of action against the Released Parties which I or my heirs may have as a result of any personal injury, death or property damage I may sustain while participating in the Activity.
