Planning a perfect beach day? Here are answers to our most common questions to help you feel confident and prepared!

What if we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather?

If rain or other inclement weather is in the

forecast on the day of your reservation, you can either:

• Reschedule your setup for another day (subject to availability)

  or

• Cancel and receive a full refund.

Are there situations where we won’t set up?

Yes. For safety reasons, we do not set up cabanas if winds are forecasted to exceed 13 mph.

What happens if wind cancels our setup?

If winds exceed 13 mph, you have three options:

1. Cancel for a full refund (as long as you cancel at least 2 hours before your reservation time).

2. Reschedule your setup (subject to availability).

3. Keep your reservation and enjoy all remaining items at 25% off!

When do I need to request a weather cancellation or reschedule?

All weather-related cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 hours before your reservation time by call or text.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule for other reasons?

Non-weather cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. If made in time, you can either:

• Cancel for a full refund, or

• Reschedule (subject to availability).

When is payment due?

Payment is due once your reservation is confirmed. You'll receive a secure invoice link via text or email.

What if parking is difficult?

Parking can be limited, especially on weekends and holidays. While we’re happy to offer tips and recommendations, but we cannot guarantee parking availability. We strongly recommend arriving early to secure your spot. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost reservation time due to parking delays.

Can I choose a different beach location?

While we believe the most relaxing days are spend on the traffic-free beaches, we always try to accommodate your preferred location. While we can’t guarantee an exact spot, we make every effort to set you up as close as possible to your desired beach area.
