HOW IT WORKS

1.  CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE + PREFERRED DAY

We have packages to choose from that accommodate two through six adults (or more).  Just let us know if you have additional people in your group or need special accommodations and we will do our best to make it happen!  Select your ideal day when you make your booking request.  We will first confirm availability by email then send your invoice. 

2.  CONFIRMATION + PAYMENT

Once our staff confirms availability,  we will finalize your requests and send your invoice.  Once your invoice is paid, you are booked!

3.  SHOW UP & ENJOY

A staff member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot.  Please allow a 30 minute window for your reservation time to account for any unexpected delays that may occur on the beach from time to time.  For your convenience, we will text or call once your reservation is ready!  We have a preferred location on the no-drive beach in New Smyrna Beach that we are sure you will love but will make every effort to accommodate alternative location requests.

Please note that we are restricted from setting up cabanas in the designated driving lanes, emergency vehicle lanes, and parking areas.  For the most relaxing experience without impact from high tide, we suggest parking your vehicle or setting up behind the parking area. 

4.  TEXT US WHEN YOU'RE READY TO LEAVE

Call or text to let us know you are finished and leave the clean up to us!

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I AM BOOKED?

All reservations must be confirmed by our staff and paid in full.  

WHERE DO WE GO?

We have preferred locations on the no-drive beach in New Smyrna Beach that we are sure you will love but will make every effort to accommodate alternative location requests.  A staff member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot. 

Please note that we are restricted from setting up cabanas in the designated driving lanes and parking areas.  For the most relaxing experience without impact from high tide, we suggest selecting a no-drive beach, parking your vehicle near your set up, or setting up behind the parking area. Set ups on the water side of the drive lanes may be impacted by high tide.

 

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?

Payment in full is due at the time your reservations is confirmed. We will send your invoice by email with a text containing a payment link.  We primarily accept payment electronically, but please let us know if you need to make alternative arrangements. 

WE ARE READY TO LEAVE, WHAT DO WE DO?

Please text prior to your departure so equipment is not left on the beach unattended for too long.  We will be right there to tidy up!  All equipment (coolers, towels, chairs, games, toys, etc.) must remain with the complete set up and returned at the end of your beach day.  If your package includes a fire pit, please make certain it has fully extinguished before leaving. That's it! 

CAN WE KEEP THE TOWELS?

Please let us know of any special requests at the time of booking so we can make any necessary arrangements.  Otherwise, all rental items are to remain with the set up.

IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN/WIND, WHAT DO WE DO NOW?    

We make every effort to accommodate poor weather conditions.  If rain is in the day's forecast, you may choose to reschedule your set up for another day (based on availability) or cancel and receive a full refund.   Cancellations and reschedule requests must be received by call or text no later than 1.5 hours before your reservation time.  

If winds are predicted to exceed 18mph, for safety reasons we will not be able to set up cabanas.  If winds are predicted to exceed 18 mph on the day of your reservation, you may: (1) cancel and receive a full refund, (2) reschedule your set up for another day (based on availability), or (3) keep your reservation and use all remaining items for 25% off! 

ARE THERE ANY OTHER RULES?  

All reservations are subject to the Terms & Conditions contained on our website.  In addition, by booking your package with us, you thereby agree to the following Assumption of Risk, Release from Liability, and Covenant Not to Sue:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:  I understand and acknowledge that use of beach equipment and beach day activities (the “Activity”) may be dangerous and may involve the risk that I will sustain serious injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage. I understand that the Activity will not be supervised and that Beachfront Bellhop, LLC (“the Company”) does not provide medical services. I VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGERS THAT MAY OCCUR PURSUANT TO MY PARTICPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, INCLUDING THE RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: I hereby agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs and my personal representatives, to fully and forever discharge and release Company and its affiliates, and their respective partners, agents, operators, managers, employees, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims I may have or hereinafter have for any injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, damages, liabilities, expenses and/or causes of action, now known or hereinafter known in any jurisdiction in the world, attributable or relating in any manner to my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or any of the Released Parties or by any other reason. I acknowledge and agree that this Release and Waiver of Liability for a Potentially Dangerous Activity is intended to be, and is, a complete release, as much as allowed by law, of any responsibility of the Released Parties for all personal injuries, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage sustained by me while participating in the Activity.

COVENANT NOT TO SUE: I agree, for myself and all my heirs, not to sue the Released Parties or initiate or assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages or cause of action against the Released Parties which I or my heirs may have as a result of any personal injury, death or property damage I may sustain while participating in the Activity.
