How it works
1. CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE + PREFERRED DAY
We have packages to choose from that accommodate two through six adults (or more). Just let us know if you have additional people in your group or need special accommodations and we will do our best to make it happen! Select your ideal day when you make your booking request. We will first confirm availability by email then send your invoice.
2. CONFIRMATION + PAYMENT
Once our staff confirms availability, we will finalize your requests and send your invoice. Once your invoice is paid, you are booked!
3. SHOW UP & ENJOY
A staff member will text a photo of your location or meet you to ensure you find your spot. We have a preferred location on the no-drive beach in New Smyrna Beach that we are sure you will love but will make every effort to accommodate alternative location requests.
4. TEXT US WHEN YOU'RE READY TO LEAVE
Call or text to let us know you are finished and leave the clean up to us!

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I AM BOOKED?
All reservations must be confirmed by our staff and paid in full.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Payment in full is due at the time your reservations is confirmed. We accept payment electronically, but please let us know if you need to make alternative arrangements.
WE ARE READY TO LEAVE, WHAT DO WE DO?
Please text prior to your departure so equipment is not left on the beach unattended for too long. All equipment (coolers, towels, chairs, games, toys, etc.) must remain with the complete set up and returned at the end of your beach day.
CAN WE KEEP THE TOWELS?
Please let us know of any special requests at the time of booking so we can make any necessary arrangements. Otherwise, all rental items are to remain with the set up.
IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN/WIND, WHAT DO WE DO NOW?
We will make every effort to accommodate poor weather conditions. If inclement weather is in the forecast, we will send you a text two hours before your setup time with the weather forecast for the day. If rain is in the forecast, you may choose to reschedule your set up for another day (based on availability) or cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations and rescheduled days must be received by call, text, or email no later than 1.5 hours before your setup time. If winds are predicted to exceed 18mph, for safety reasons we will not be able to set up cabanas. If winds are predicted to exceed 18 mph, you may: (1) cancel and receive a full refund, (2) reschedule your set up for another day (based on availability), or (3) keep your reservation and use all remaining items for 25% off!
