While we make ever effort to accommodate location requests, our Bellhops are confident that you will fall in love with our preferred location at 27th Avenue. It has off-beach parking, restrooms, showers, a playground, and traffic-free space for your group to spread out and truly relax!

27th AVENUE BEACHFRONT PARK

3701 S Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169

Located on 3.4 acres along the Atlantic Ocean, the 27th Avenue Beachfront Park is at the end of the drive-on beach, giving you the best of both worlds! It also features a children's playground, basketball court, picnic tables, restrooms, showers, and off-beach parking (130 spaces total).

WHY WE LOVE 27th AVENUE

This wide traffic free beach just south of the Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants is perfect for an extra relaxing day, especially for families with little ones.

Soft sand and plenty of space.

Restrooms and outdoor showers.

Across the street from the 7-11, and Izzy's Island for delicious food and icecream.

We partner with The Ice Queen Truck and their trucks will make stops at 27th Avenue on request when available!

HELPFUL TIPS

Arrive early for off-beach parking as it does full up quickly, especially on the weekends!

Parking is $20/day, paid at kiosks.
